Important Update Regarding ATF Regulations and Pro Jig Sales
Due to recent changes in ATF regulations, 5D Tactical can no longer sell or support jigs directly.
Support and Warranty Service: For all Pro Jig customers, modulusarms.com will now handle support. Modulus Arms will honor warranty services, provide technical support, and offer replacement tools and parts for all Pro Jig products.
Manufacturing and Sales: While Pro Jigs will continue to be manufactured by 5D Tactical, all sales must now be conducted through our independent dealers to comply with the new regulation. We are no longer permitted to sell jigs or distribute manuals via our website under these new ATF rules.
Legal Challenges: We are actively challenging this government overreach in court. We are optimistic about a favorable ruling from the Supreme Court in 2024, as both the District Court and the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals have ruled decisively in our favor.
Availability through Dealers: In the meantime, our jigs are still available through our dealers, despite our inability to sell them directly.

The router mill tool holder portion of the 80% lower jig tool is super-heated to accept our custom 5/16" diameter end mill, which has been optimized in every facet for 80% lower milling. The end mill being thermal fit into the tool holder means it will never slip out during use. However, the end mill tool portion of the ReadyMILL™ is replaceable by the end user at a much reduced cost to previous end mill designs.
The length of the end mill portion of the ReadyMILL™ by 5D Tactical has been reduced to only 1.5 inches! This is less than half the length of any other end mill bits available for router based 80% lower milling. All of this adds up to a strong and super-rigid milling tool that virtually eliminates tool chatter and produces mirror-like finished results in less time than ever before.
The 5D Tactical Router Jig PRO requires the use of our ReadyMILL™. This tool is custom designed and manufactured for the 5D Tactical Router Jig PRO, and is not available for sale elsewhere by any tooling supplier or manufacturer. The ReadyMILL™ is for use with the Router Jig PRO only, NOT the Original Router Jig.If you have a router not listed, you can reference the below sizing and thread pitch, and see which would match up with your router's spindle.
