How do I return my product?
  Returns are accepted for up to 30 days from the original purchase date. Customers must contact us to acquire a return authorization and return address. Restocking fees may apply, please click here for more information on returning an item.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

    unopened products may be returned at the buyer's expense within 30 days
    of the original order date. A 10% restocking fee may apply.
  • New,
    opened products may be returned at the buyer's expense within 30 days
    of the original order date. Up to a 20% restocking fee may apply.
  • Defective or incorrect items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original order date at no expense to the buyer.
  • Orders cancelled prior to shipment may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
When will my order ship?
  In-stock products will normally ship within 1-3 business days. During certain times of high volume of orders, that timeframe can be delayed. Please see each individual product page for more information on the availability of each item. We provide an estimated ship date on each product page for backordered or out of stock products. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

If you are concerned about the safety of your package due to unavailability during the delivery window, consider using the “hold for pick up” option. This service is often offered by many carriers such as USPS and FedEx and allows you to have your package securely held at one of their local facilities until you are able to pick it up at a time that is convenient for you. Once you have the tracking number, you can easily request this option on the carriers website. Most carriers offer this service free of charge making it a easy way to ensure the safe and secure delivery of your package. By utilizing the "Hold for Pickup" service, you're ensuring that your package is not left unattended on your doorstep, where it may be at risk of theft or damage. In addition, picking up your package at the post office / Fedex guarantees that it will remain in good condition and not be subject to weather-related or other environmental factors.
