To complement our 80% lowers, we offer complete AR-15 uppers from DPMS that pair seamlessly with your next build. This particular upper features a 7.5" barrel chambered in .300 AAC Blackout (300 Blackout) and a durable DPMS quad-rail handguard—making it a compact, reliable option ready for accessories.
Each upper comes fully assembled with a forward assist, dust cover, bolt carrier group, and charging handle, so it’s ready to go right out of the box with no additional assembly required.

The 7.5" barrel is made from chrome moly vanadium steel and finished in phosphate for durability. It features a heavy profile, 1:8" twist rate, M4 barrel extension, and a carbine-length gas system. A low-profile gas block with a .750" diameter and a standard A2-style flash hider complete the barrel assembly.
The upper receiver is forged from 7075-T6 aluminum, built to MIL-SPEC standards, and hard coat anodized in black. It’s paired with a DPMS 6.5" quad-rail free-float handguard, exclusive to this latest line of upper receivers and designed for maximum customization.
The bolt carrier group includes a bolt made from shot-peened Carpenter 158 steel. The gas key is secured with Grade 8 fasteners and staked per MIL-SPEC. The carrier itself is parkerized on the outside and chrome-lined on the inside for added durability and reliable cycling.
Each upper is carefully assembled and test-fired by DPMS before being sealed for shipment. If any issues arise, customers are advised to contact DPMS directly, as the units are shipped sealed exactly as received from the manufacturer.
The bolt carrier group and charging handle are both included.
