Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status. Tracking numbers are generated when the shipping label is created. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to display package process.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order. An automated email with tracking information will also be sent to the email address on file when a shipping label is created.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance within 30 days of your expected delivery date of your package.
An item is missing from my shipment.

When will my backorder arrive?
  Backordered items are defined as those which are currently unavailable. Backordered items remain available for purchase with an estimated ship date displayed on the product page. We will notify customers via email or phone if an item purchased is backordered unexpectedly, for example, during peak and holiday seasons. In these instances, please stick with us, it will be worth the wait!
